Rob Stafford has agreed to be a "reporter" for event 2, the first instalment of this seasons reprise has already been added to the event page and published. If any rider, mechanic, other half or interested body thinks they can do something similar please get in touch, about 75 - 100 words per meeting / per couple of meetings will suffice as we need to give people an idea of what's happening within, ideally, each event. I have, at this time, another rider in the process of writing something for his related event(s) . . . more when he has time to put pen to paper (OK, finger to keyboard). Please, if commenting on the write up, make it constructive as these people are giving up their free time to add something positive to this site and need some encouragement from time to time. Thanks.

On a similar theme, why can I not access the committee minutes etc. when I am logged on and registered? What am I doing wrong, or do I just think I am logged on because I can access the forum and post comments? Please don't get too technical with the reply (if any)!!

Bob, I think your problem might be that your "logged on" on the forum page but NOT on the BHR homepage, you log into that by clicking log in at the very top right of the homepage?

Reply to me direct with the registration details you think you registered with, the fact that you can only find the log-in suggests you have already registered your details on the site (but I could be wrong). Here is a direct link to the registration page;

As young Mr.Tetley suggests the details you use to access this site (The Forum) are no good on the club website, where you'll need to register to view what you seek.
And to answer your first question . . I think that committee meeting minutes are for members eyes only . . . or at least for those that take the time and trouble to register their details on the club website . . which I might add is under review.

Hi Jim,
Every time I try to log in it says I have used the wrong password(quite plausible), but when I request a reminder, I never get one.
Is it me ??

Thanks to all for the advice. I have been registered since March 2008 but when I attempt to log in, on the Home page, I am told that my user name is invalid. I have attempted to re-register and this was accepted. I then received an email confirming my user name (the one which is 'invalid') and my password, both of which are exactly as  I received in March 2008! What am I doing wrong???
